Who accountable in ordering Product Backlog Item?

The accountability for ordering Product Backlog Items (PBIs) lies with the Product Owner in the Scrum framework. The Product Owner is a key role within the Scrum Team and is responsible for maximizing the value of the product and ensuring that the Development Team works on the most valuable and important items first.

While the Product Owner is accountable for ordering the Product Backlog, it's essential to note that the Development Team also plays a collaborative role. During Sprint Planning, the Development Team has the opportunity to provide input, ask questions, and discuss the feasibility and effort required for each item. This collaboration ensures that the team's expertise is considered when making decisions about the Sprint backlog.
